Leadership Is Built One Decision at a Time By Jody Harris

Leadership is often associated with titles, positions, or authority. Yet the leaders who leave the greatest impact are rarely remembered because of the office they held. They are remembered because of the lives they influenced, the opportunities they created, and the example they set every single day.

True leadership is not a destination we arrive at—it is a lifelong journey of growth, service, and intentional decision-making. It is reflected in how we treat people, how we respond to adversity, and how willing we are to help others succeed alongside us.

Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I have discovered that success rarely follows a straight path. Every new venture, every challenge, and every unexpected turn has brought valuable lessons. Some of the greatest opportunities have come disguised as obstacles, requiring patience, perseverance, and faith before their purpose became clear.

One lesson stands above the rest: leadership begins long before anyone calls you a leader.
